Prep Supervisor

• Attend dailies sessions
  
• Review, update and publish the schedules generated for the project
  
• Coordinate with the Supervisor to resolve conflicts or concerns
  
• Work with production team and Supervisor to assign artistwork
  
• Keep all relevant databases up to date with department and show information with notes
  
• Be aware of the departmentimmediate relationships up and down the pipeline.
  
• Monitor department efficiency alongside Production
  
• Manage team absence and reporting
  
• Supporting the Head of Department with performance management and assessment of the team
  
• Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals
  
• Timesheet management
  

If appropriate for your department, work with Render Support to ensure priorities are set and backlogs are solved.

Requirements

• Anticipate problems and present solutions adapted to time and budget constraints.
  
• Monitor technological developments
  
• Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated
  
• Responsible to create syllabus across all the departments and ensure timely technical trainings are held.
  
• Take responsibility for training the new crew and ensure that they have sufficient support from the supervisor and team leaders.
  
• Work with the department supervisor to identify training needs and ensure participation in training within the department. Other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected
