Customer Support Engineer || Client Support

Role & responsibilities

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network
  configuration. (Basic)
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Talk to clients through a series of actions, via phone, until theyve solved technical & Product

related issues.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support
• Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. (Freshers can also apply)
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. (Windows Must)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. (Basic)
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical & product help.
• Ability to comprehend and speak in English, Hindi and any one 1 Vernacular Language would

be an added advantage.

• Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs, Public Holidays to support our customers.
