Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intune SME to join our dynamic team. As an Intune SME, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions, ensuring smooth Windows patching processes, and providing expertise in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Defender. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of these technologies and a proven track record of supporting large-scale IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Intune Management: Lead the design, deployment, and management of Intune solutions for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
Windows Patching: Oversee the management of Windows patching processes to ensure timely updates, security patches, and compliance with organizational policies.
Azure AD Integration: Manage and configure Azure Active Directory for user identity and access management, integrating with on-premise AD if necessary.
Microsoft Defender: Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection, ensuring the organizations security posture is robust.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide guidance on best practices for Intune, Windows Patching, Azure AD, and Defender.
Documentation & Training: Prepare documentation for system configurations and provide training to junior team members as needed.
Stay Updated: Continuously research and stay updated with new features and capabilities in Intune, Windows patching, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender.
