What You'll Do:

• Design and build Workday integrations across Zendesks Workday modules
• Partner closely with the People Ops and Payroll organization to understand their needs and collaboratively improve the employee experience
• Oversee day-to-day Workday integration tickets and maintenance
• Manage time, expectations, and delivery of several concurrent projects

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Communicate technical Workday concepts to our business partners
• Translate ambiguous or incomplete requirements into technical solutions
• Write clear documentation for designs, project planning, and testing
• Follow change management and SOX-related policies
• 4+ years of Workday integration experience and other P&P applications in a growing enterprise (required)
• 3+ years in Workday Studio, Reporting (RaaS), CCBs, PICOF, and Document Transformation integrations, and Workday Custom Reports (required)
• 3+ years experience with Workday HCM, Security, US Payroll, International Payroll, and Benefits modules (required)
• Familiarity with BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.
• Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.
• Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.
• Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.
• Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.
• Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.
