Performance QA

About Position:

A "performance QA" refers to a Quality Assurance (QA) professional specifically focused on evaluating the performance aspects of a software application, such as its speed, responsiveness, scalability, and stability under different load conditions, by conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; essentially, they ensure the software functions well under expected user volumes and complex scenarios.

What You'll Do:

• Would be doing Performance testing on J Meter and Python.
• Would be working on scripting using Python
• Will be working on high volume data.
• Promote a culture of bottom-up account growth and proactive proposals Streamline internal and external reporting processes

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Use Jmeter to load test functional behavior
• Should be able to Measure/ quantify the performance
• Perform tests like - max concurrent users, max transactions, max read & write transactions, max api calls
• Designing and preparing Test Data to support test requirements & also for execution
• Analyze data gathered from performance tests
• Publish Report findings and log defects in JIRA or any other defect monitoring tool
• Write and execute SQL Queries to check the results in database
• Python - Writing automation suites using postman
• Python - developing the test components / services and linking it with other web services
• Python - They also design and maintain Python scripts and codes to automate tasks
• Python - responsible for writing reusable, testable and efficient code Monitoring / creating resource utilization dashboards on cloud
