MS Dynamics CRM Developer

About Position:

Responsible for designing and developing integrated platform using Microsoft Viva for learning, engagement, knowledge, and discovery of employees. Responsible to work closely with the customer ensuring a highly satisfied customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for Dynamics 365 CE technical development.
• 5+ years relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with C# .Net background
• Experience on Customizations: Java Scripting, Custom Workflows, Plug-ins in .NET to communicate with CRM, Plug-in scenarios, registering plug-in, debugging plugins/workflows.
• Knowledge on custom workflows, OOB workflows and Power automate flows.
• Customizing Forms, Views, Security concepts.
• Experience on managing the solutions and deployments.
• Hands on experience on Azure API integrations Services.
• Good knowledge on creating processes like Business Process Flow, Actions, Dialogs and Workflows.
• Knowledge on C#, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Windows Application, Web services.
• Experience or Good knowledge on CICD Pipeline for CRM deployments
• Good to have strong knowledge on SQL Queries.
• Good to have Dynamics 365 certification.
• Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environments.
• Comfortable working in a scrum team.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Good to have banking domain experience on Dynamics projects
• Customization and configuration with OOB in D365 CE
• Hands on Experience on CRM SDKs and Web APIs
• Experience on SharePoint Integration with Dynamics 365 CE
• Ability to work on Power Platform and Azure Integrations
• Design and Develop Power Apps (Model driven Apps +Canvas Apps+ Cloud Flows)
• Configuration management - GIT / GitHub / Azure Repos

Expertise You'll Bring:
