Product Development Merchandiser

Key Skills:-

• Must have a hands on working knowledge of Mens, Women and Kids casual wear and woven fabrics.
• Good communication and understanding of English is essential, verbal & written.
• Proven experience in product development, merchandising, or related roles within the Exports Apparels industry only.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including concept ideation, design, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mind set with proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and consumer behaviour insights.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and product excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and product development software/tools

Requirement:- Product development, Sampling, Production, Quality control for Mens, Women and Kids casual Wear (Wovens)

Experience:- 2 to 5 years in Export House (Apparels only)

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Product Development, or related field.
