Performance Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns that support growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
• Ensuring best possible spent optimization by continuously optimizing campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets and other strategies
• Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels
• Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
• Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
• Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved
• Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
• Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
• You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
• Able to manage minimum 4-5 accounts simultaneously

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 -4 years of business experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth agency set up.
• In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliate Marketing and Programmatic Buying.
• Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
• Good implementation understanding of GTM and GA-4 across different use cases/domains.
