Role & responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
2. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including executive communications, reports, and documents.
3. Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials.
4. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
6. Maintain and update executive records, files, and databases.
7. Provide research and data analysis support to executives as needed.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams.
9. Represent the executive office in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
11. Handling Social medica account.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
