Role: Head - Marketing

This is the role for you, if:
- You have successfully led and scaled growth marketing strategies in a B2B setup and have decent exposure to driving Brand Initiatives.

- You're an experienced content marketer who knows on-page and off-page SEO in and out. We are starting our inbound journey and would depend on your expertise to drive this.
- You're well-versed in paid advertising on various platforms. Know how not to rely on them but use them to your advantage when needed.
- Ability to think strategically (beyond just the moment), and synthesize all available information to come up with solutions with tangible impact.
- Data-driven and results focussed. You love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes to demonstrate the impact of your campaigns.
Things you'll be doing:
- Leading our entire marketing team and defining our long-term goals and the direction we're heading as a brand.
- Devise and execute the growth marketing strategy of Taggd for both the buyer segment and the candidate segment, through team and partners.
- Establish product marketing systems and processes for driving self-signup customer base.
- Coordinating with internal sales, customer success, and product teams, to present the best version to the external world.
- Grow word of mouth and brand recognition among teams and organizations.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or a related field.
- At least 10 years of real-world experience with marketing. SaaS/Digital platform experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing the growth engine.
- Experience leading and delivering outcomes through a team.
- Ability to solve challenging marketing problems.
