Senior Peoplesoft Application Developer (6-11 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Design, develop, document, and maintain software programs and applications to support the business needs.

- Modify existing software to fix errors and enhance its functionality and performance.

- Work closely with others, such as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst,and Architects to analyze user needs, design and create optimum software.

- Experience on Java used in PeopleSoft to Generate templates, build API programs, and create Java classes.

- Experience connecting PeopleSoft with other enterprise systems using Java-based APIs to facilitate data exchange.

- Communicate with stakeholders to discuss business requirements and explain programming logic as it relates to design and function and operational decisions.

- Coordinate with agile teams, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production issues.

- Work all incidents diligently to ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

- Track issue resolution timelines and ensure adherence to SLA.

- Analyze issues and document findings and provide on-time resolution to production tickets

- Work with Onshore team to identify short and long term solutions

- Good communication skills

This position is focused on the following technologies :

- PeopleTools, Oracle, SQL, Integration Broker , Component Interface, Application Package, Application Engine.

- Experience on Java used in PeopleSoft to Generate templates, build API programs, and create Java classes

- At Least 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft 9.x and higher.

- Proficient in SQL.
