Loan Officer (LAP & Home LOANS)

Job Overview:

The Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loan files from open market. The role requires evaluation of property documents, assessment of customer and completion of loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of Loan Against Property and Home Loan Products, features and eligibility criteria.
2. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets
3. Conducting Marketing activities and Campaigns to generate new leads
4. Field Verification of the Customer, Guarantor and the property along with the Branch Manager.
5. Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments for completion.
6. Ensure strong documentation and adherence to all the applicable legal procedures.
7. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the clients for repeat business and referrals.
8. Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven Experience in Loans Against Property and Home Loans.
• Ability to Judge on the Customer Profile Before Sanctioning the Loan.
• Can be able to tackle with the NPA Customers at Branch Level.
