Senior Full Stack Web Developer - PHP/Javascript/Typescript (6-9 yrs)

Review Criteria :

Mandatory :

Strong Full Stack Web Developers profile with PHP + JavaScript or TypeScript experience

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 5+ YOE in Full Stack Development

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have recent 5+ YOE hands-on (Developer) experience using PHP (mandatory) and one JS framework (Typescript is preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have strong IC role and should be working as a 60% coder. Don't want team Management profiles.

Mandatory (Core Skills 1): JavaScript OR TypeScript (Preferably TypeScript)

Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Must have strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL Database

Mandatory (Company) - Top / Well-Known Global Product Companies OR Top Indian startups only

Mandatory (Education) - BE / BTech - (Tier 1 Colleges - Any field,

Interview Process :

1st round - Hiring Manager - 1 Hour (Exploratory chat + basic coding)

2nd Round - 90 Minutes of Coding round

3rd around - 1 Hour system design architecture

4th Round - 30-45 minutes - Culture fitment

Role & Responsibilities :

- Contributes to the technical vision for an engineering team, aligning with company-wide strategies and goals.

- Contributes to the design and development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

- Create innovative solutions using the latest technologies and tools for front end development and backend development.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product direction and to deliver complex applications.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, working closely with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Proficiency in our core technologies: PHP, Laravel, Javascript/Typescript, React, MySQL, Kubernetes, Elastic Beanstalk, and AWS, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a track record of contributing to complex, high-quality software projects.

- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges, with innovative solutions that have been successfully deployed in production environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to debugging and troubleshooting.

- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
