Responsibilities :

Bridge Innovation with Execution :

- Translate functional AI-driven requirements into technical implementations, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.

- Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered Salesforce solutions, incorporating Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.

Create Intelligent, Scalable Solutions :

- Develop, optimize, and deploy AI-powered workflows in Salesforce, ensuring high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex & LWC components.

- Architect AI and ML models within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Generative AI and predictive analytics for automation and decision-making.

- Design and build custom AI-enabled applications within Salesforce that enhance agent productivity and customer experience.

- Lead Data Cloud implementations, ensuring seamless data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration for AI-driven insights.

Ensure Quality & Compliance :

- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues, ensuring optimal debugging and alignment with AI-powered business

requirements.

- Implement best practices for AI governance, model training, and ethical AI usage within Salesforce.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in AI-powered features like Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.

- Hands-on experience developing, customizing, and deploying LWC, Visualforce, Apex Classes, and Triggers.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Customization, and AI-driven Implementation.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs, ensuring AI-powered data connectivity.

- Proven experience in AI-enabled automation, machine learning models, and predictive analytics in Salesforce.

- Strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, building real-time AI-driven customer insights.

- Hands-on project life cycle experience, from AI-driven design to implementation and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with middleware solutions such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, or other ETL tools for AI-driven data integrations.

- Expertise in AI-based customer experience automation, leveraging chatbots, NLP models, and predictive analytics.

- Understanding of Generative AI applications for automated workflows and intelligent decision-making.

- Ability to build AI-powered dashboards and predictive insights using Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM.
