- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

- Drive culture transformation initiatives in line with organizational goals.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.

- Partner with business units to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

- Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Identify training needs and partner with the L&D team to design and implement programs.

- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs within the organization.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and updates based on business needs.

- Support organizational restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions from an HR perspective.

- Lead change management initiatives to foster a resilient and adaptive workforce.
