Business Consultant (13-21 yrs)

We are looking for a collaborative professional to join our team, partnering with client teams to uncover, synthesize, analyze, and present vital information. This position plays a crucial role in helping the team discern key insights and form well-informed recommendations. In addition to building a strong factual foundation, the individual will provide a clear and articulate perspective for both the team and clients. This role also entails delivering daily client service and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage comprehensive analysis requests, providing guidance on data nuances, recommending methodologies, and ensuring data security and integrity.

- Create and structure the analysis framework in collaboration with clients, ensuring data accuracy and quality through market research and data analysis.

- Facilitate client and customer engagement efforts, including conducting stakeholder interviews, market research, and audits of customer and branding experiences.

- Prepare compelling presentations that express a strong point of view, utilizing PowerPoint or other formats as required. Additional related tasks may also be assigned.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Required Qualifications:

- 9+ years of overall experience.

- Substantial expertise in Business Consulting, supplemented by Project Management skills.

- At least 1 year of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice within a consulting firm or similar professional environment.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or General Management.

- Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actionable steps, and effectively prioritize next actions.

- Proven proactive attitude, independent judgment, and self-starter mindset.

- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Experience in analyzing complex, interrelated data to generate actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple business areas.

- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare/Insurance, Consumer, or Retail sector.

- Familiarity with APM Agile Project Management methodologies.

Shift Requirement:

-Willingness to work night shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
