Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on ITSM, CSM, or ITOM.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements.
- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and script includes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, and reports.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM, CSM, or ITOM.
- o Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP) and data integration processes.
