ServiceNow Developer

• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Expertise in building and managing complex workflows, Service Portal, and reporting.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (required).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
