Key Responsibilities:


Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle visitor sign-in processes and issue badges when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office needs.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including preparing materials and setting up venues.

Other Duties:

  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with regular business hours.
  • May occasionally require flexibility for early or late sitting
