Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Purchase, Quality) for smooth material flow and productivity improvement.
  
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manpower planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
