Java Team Lead

PearlShell Softech is looking for Java Team Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.• Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance • Develop and maintain Java-based software applications using industry best practices • Ensure the quality of code produced meets project standards, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing • Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development process • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies • Experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
