Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 8-13 years of expertise in Telecom Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering, focusing on Fiber and Copper network design and planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with extensive program management skills. This role will be critical in ensuring the alignment of programs with organizational goals, effective resource management, and successful project delivery. A Min of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is required, along with hands-on experience with Esri-based GIS planning tools and design software , Equipped with Project Management , Data analytics and Lean Fundamentals and Agile Methodology .

Key Responsibilities:

• Align program strategies with organizational goals; define program scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Establish plans and governance for successful execution; monitor performance against quality, cost, and timeline standards.
• Manage program revenue and financial performance; oversee budget allocation and financial tracking.
• Implement change management processes; ensure effective documentation and approval of project scope changes.
• Oversee project timelines; maintain engineering schedules for timely delivery.
• Evaluate performance metrics; conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage escalations for timely resolutions.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders; build strong relationships for successful delivery.
• Enhance information flow; seek process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation for optimal performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training schedules to enhance team skills.
• Apply Lean production Fundamental for Optimal Performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech/BE) or a related field or Post Graduation in Engineering or Management.
• 8-13 years of experience in Telecom OSP Engineering, specifically in Fiber and Copper network design and planning.
• Min of 6-8 Years of experience in Team Leading, Project Management and Engineering
• Proficiency in Esri-based GIS planning tools and Knowledge design software.
• Strong program management skills, with experience in revenue management, change management, and risk management.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Tech/BE) is required, along with proficiency in Esri-based GIS planning tools and design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and planning of Fiber and Copper OSP networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive revenue growth by aligning engineering schedules with customer commitments. Monitor financials to ensure cost management aligns with profitability targets.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of design, planning, and implementation phases.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes, ensuring documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, building strong relationships for successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance metrics and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Enhance information flow by implementing process changes and seeking improvements.
• Handle escalations promptly and manage resource allocation for optimal team performance.
• Collaborate with teams on project objectives and develop training schedules to enhance engineering skills

Qualifications:

• B. Tech/BE in relevant fields or Post Graduation in Engineering or Management
• 6+ years of experience in Telecom OSP Engineering, with a focus on Fiber and Copper networks.
• Strong hands-on experience with GIS-based planning tools (Esri) and design software (AutoCAD, MapInfo).
• Proven project management skills in revenue, delivery schedule, and risk management.
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• PMP or Equivalent certification is preferred and will be beneficial.
