Textile Processing Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Textile Processing Master to manage and oversee all aspects of our textile processing operations, including printing, finishing, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile processing techniques and machinery, as well as experience managing a team of textile professionals. The Textile Processing Master will be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth production of our Stenter machine, as well as other finishing machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth production of our Stenter machine, as well as other finishing machinery and equipment

Manage all aspects of textile processing operations, including printing, finishing, and quality checking

Develop and implement textile processing plans and procedures to improve production efficiency and quality

Ensure that all textile processing operations are carried out according to established standards, including quality control procedures, safety regulations, and environmental regulations

Manage and lead a team of textile professionals, including operators, technicians, and quality control personnel

Train and develop the textile processing team to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out their jobs effectively

Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and design, to ensure that customer requirements are met

Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary

Participate in the development of new textile processing products and technologies

Ensure that production schedules are met and deadlines are achieved

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in textile engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field

At least 7-10 years of experience in textile processing, with at least 3 years in a management position

Strong knowledge of textile processing techniques, including printing, finishing, and quality control

Experience with textile processing machinery, equipment, and chemicals

Experience with managing and leading a team of textile professionals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
