Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Preparation of electro-pneumatic circuit diagrams of using EPLAN P8 Software/systems. EPLAN issued training certificate will be valued.
• Preparation of electrical drawings such as Single Line Diagrams, Enclosure General Arrangement Drawings, Control, Power Wiring Diagrams as per standards for PLC, MCC, VFD, PDBs Panels etc.
• Knowledge about Selection of switchgear components, pneumatic and filed instruments - MCCB, MCB, MPCB, Relay, Contactors, VFD, HMI, electrical barriers, pneumatic valve bank, pneumatic coil, sensor, as per design requirement.
• Preparation of reports in EPLAN-Part List (BoM), Terminal diagram, Cable diagram, ferrule & editing of plot frame, forms, new symbol, part data base, page macros & symbol macros.
• Knowledge about International Electrical design standards - NEMA, IEC, IEEE, UL for designing of electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, ProfiNet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram.
• Technical Support & Co-Ordination with Panel Manufacturing & Maintaining Project Status, Quality Reports.
• Manage and oversee projects with international scope, ensuring adherence to global standards and effective communication across diverse teams
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Self-disciplined and committed to adhering to company policies and procedures.
