PaxeraHealth is now hiring a Senior Accountant to join our sales team. This is a remote position and the person will be responsible for multiple functions within the department. We currently seek a Senior Accountant who is a financial expert with a strong background in financial reporting, coupled with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. The position requires someone who is energetic, willing to learn and wants to be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and review.
Consolidate financial statements across entities and multi-currency accounts.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards.
Accurately track and report MRR, ARR, and other recurring revenue streams.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Oversee bank reconciliations and alignment of statements with internal records.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support audits and tax filings by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
What We re Looking For
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
Expertise in MRR/ARR accounting and multi-currency consolidations is preffered.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition principles.
Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
