About the HR Business Role:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leaders in designated business units. You will act as a key partner to Division leadership. The position cultivates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the business goals of the organization. The HRBP will partner with the HR centers of excellence and Operations/Support business leaders to plan, develop, enhance, implement, and evaluate day-to-day human capital activities and solutions, including employee check-in s, engagement initiatives, policy management, team building initiatives, employee relations, leaves, manpower and succession planning, and they facilitate the performance management process. The HRBP maintains an effective level of understanding the business, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Provides and enforces HR policy communication, guidance and interpretation
Propagates & provides interpretation of Patra core values. Helps build & sustain the Patra culture based on the core values.
Facilitates annual performance management process PMS and collaborates with Department Head regarding performance management best practices and recommendations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR labor requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Successfully manages customer service standards and stakeholders expectations
Consults on business reorganizations, workforce planning and succession planning from a people perspective and employee point of view.
A strong knowledge of employment labor laws.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource areas such as compensation and benefits practices, performance management, and recruitment.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
SPHR, PHR, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or similar credential a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite .
Working Conditions
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work from home position with occasional visits to the office for events.
Availability to work nightshifts occasionally.
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No satellite.
