Park+ - Product Growth Manager (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Work for category growth and drive key parameters for digital category on app

- Understand product to drive initiatives to improve on app engagement and funnels

- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, engagement, and app performance using various data sources.

- Brand introduction and analysis of user behavior, analyzing the data to identify trends, and using the data to make informed decisions about the product.

- Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams based on data findings

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth and user engagement

Qualification & Requirements:

- Good grip of SQL, Excel is a must

- Problem solving skills and strong understanding of analytics

- Experience with data analysis

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Work cross-functionally with other teams, such as business, product, engineering, design, and marketing
