Urgent Vacancy for Process Engineer in a leading Agro- Chemical Industry at cuddalore

Job Description:

Preparing the BFD, PFD, P&ID &UFD for proposed process and modification in existing process.

Preparing the mass balance and energy balance for existing and proposed process

Monitoring the gaps in existing manufacturing processes and make the report to improve all the process

Preparing the product cost & operating expenditure for existing and proposed product

Monitoring the process time cycle and make a report to reduce the time cycle to enhance the production capacity and minimise the utility consumption

Monitoring the solvent losses from existing process and collect the data to improve the solvent recovery

Preparing the BOM, cost estimation for modification activities and seamless follow up with purchase to arrange the material for execution of campaign / product change over

Preparing the process data sheet and share it to purchase dept then make technical comparison for new process equipments

Involving in HAZOP study of process modification in existing process and proposed processes

Involving in project execution and responsible to complete the project in stipulated time line.
