Senior Automation Engineer

Parexel is looking for a Senior Automation Developer to build, test, deploy and maintain functional automation robots. The Senior Automation Developer will design and develop robotic processes automating complex business scenarios. They will support the execution of automations by through the automation life cycle, and ensuring they are supportable in an operations environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts and automation analysts to define, document, and development automations supporting business processes.

• Analyze process automation requirements and create technical specifications.

• Create proof of concepts / prototypes for key automation tasks.

• Develops bots and solutions using automation tools.

• Implement security best practices to manage confidential information.

• Define test scenarios, create test plans, execute test scripts.

• Provide production support.

• Leads automations through life cycle for completion (i.e. process feasibility assessment, preparation, documentation, development, testing & go live/production).  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related study or related experience.

• 6 + years Information Technology experience programming including scripting, coding, SQL and relational databases, and application development.

• 4 + years software engineering experience with UiPath software.

• Experience implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions through the automation lifecycle.  

Desired:

• Advanced certification on leading RPA software.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, MuleSoft.

• Prior life sciences experience is a plus.
