Internship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and design 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using NX12 or SolidWorks.
• Perform FEM analysis (static, dynamic, and modal) to evaluate structural integrity and performance by using tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus or Nastran.
• Conduct thermal analysis to ensure systems meet temperature and heat dissipation requirements.
• Optimize mechanical designs for performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Perform design validation through simulation and testing.
• Work on material selection, ensuring designs meet strength, weight, and thermal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other subsystems (electrical, optical, etc.).
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide practical solutions during the prototyping and testing phases.
• Document design processes, analysis results, and test findings in line with company standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have passed/perusing Mtech-Mechanical, who is ready to work for full time in the office immediately in our Yelahanka office. Will be paid stipend of 15,000 per month.
