Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Architect - at Paramyter, you will be required to design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including development in apex, lightning, integration, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience cloud. You will work with stakeholders to execute on requests for new features to our Salesforce systems, troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware.

• Skilled in design and client engagement , with the ability to manage both the technical aspects and client interactions effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, and process management, including Workflow, Process Builder, and Flow.

• In-depth knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.

• Strong communication skills , with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership capabilities , with experience in leading cross-functional teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Proven ability to influence decision-making , facilitating discussions and aligning business and technical stakeholders to drive solutions forward.

• Experience Required : 5-8 years
