We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Services team. Your primary role is to provide assistance to our clients through phone calls. You are responsible for answering their queries efficiently and in a timely manner. You will provide all the necessary information to the clients while adhering to our company policy and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to handle all types of customers. In addition to this, you should have proficient knowledge of our companys policy and services. This will help you to troubleshoot any issue faced by the clients faster.

Requirements

Attend phone calls - inbound Process

Provide the required information to the customers

Resolve queries regarding the services of the company

Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible.

Requirements

Bachelor degree- Graduates Only

Rotational shifts- Night shift for Males. Rotational Week offs.

Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary – 15,000 to 20,000 Inhand
