Planning and implementation of training as per requirement

Document & Data Control as per guidelines of IATF 16949 & MSIL

Establishment of Statistical process controls & Statistical quality control and analysis of data

Handling customer complaints & Corrective & Preventive actions for its reduction.

Inspection of Incoming, in process and Finished materials.

Internal Quality Audit and external customer and other audits

Responsible for packing development in close interaction with Customers, internal QA system and traceability as per customer requirement.

Responsible for calibration of all quality inspection equipment

Outside operations management and control.

Minimization of rejection & rework. Work for continues reduction.

Standardization for goods and work inspection. Make procedure & implement

Inspection activities within the decided time frame.

Customers acceptance.

Establish quality standards & implementing quality control requirements of the customers

Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans as per VSA Guidelines.(Audits)

Validation of process, instruments, methods, etc.(Report)

Manage documentation related to Quality System guidelines.

Manage and maintain the quality aspects of the Design Control Program including but not limited to design input and output documentation, applicable risk analyses, verification and validation activities and formal design reviews.

Provide leadership for developing and directing Quality Assurance and Quality improvement initiatives (Cost-of-Quality reductions, Audit system, etc.) for all products, processes and services.

Manage and maintain the Company’s internal audit program and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Audits – internal and external.

Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.

Manage training of all company personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the IATF16949 & MSIL Checklist.

Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
