Job Description
We need someone who can seamlessly coordinate between tech, business, operations, and quality check teams on various projects, even in high-pressure situations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in MS Excel and Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and project tracking.
- Project Execution Support : Collaborate closely with project managers to assist in executing project tasks.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication between project managers and other cross functional teams such as Tech Team and DS Team.
- Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project-related documents.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify and address risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and ClickUp.
- AI Model Training and Integration: Preferred knowledge of AI model training and integration processes.
- bachelors degree in a related field (such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant discipline) is often preferred. Howe'ver, equivalent work experience can also be valuable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the same field will be prioritized.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
