Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining approved suppliers list and complying with limitations imposed on Suppliers
- Planning of Puchasing activities based on To Do List.
- Communicating with Suppliers about requirements of Product or Services
- Obtaining acknowledgement of Suppliers against PO issue to fulfill legal requirements.
- Responsible for overall general purchases
- Responsible for EHS Implementation & Compliance
- To ensure 100% HSE requirements are followed
- Report Near miss, incident and accidents to Safety committee members
- Maintaining and up keeping of 5S
- Accountable for proper supplier selection based on delivery & cost
- Accountable for any loss caused to the Company due to negligence
- Maintaining Supplier Performance Ratings
- Accountable for compliance to procedural requirements
- Accountable for on time execution & issue of POs as per To Do List
- Ensuring 100% materials are ordered as per Indent & BOM
- Accountable for managing Purchasing upon revision of requirements
- 100% compliance to HSE requirements all time
- To reduce near miss, incident and accident
- Authorized for Initial negotiation with the suppliers
- Authorized for releasing POs upon having required approval & review
