Candidate Profile :

We're looking for a talented Tech Lead to join our fun and fast-paced team at PaperTrue. As a Lead, you'll work on building new features and applications that will take our product to the next level.

With a passionate technical leader to empower our talented technology team to build industry-leading software's. As our tech lead, you will drive innovation and excellence across our organization.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and architects to shape the future of our platform. We want someone who loves bringing ideas to life through code and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty building reusable components and libraries. You'll help drive the execution and delivery of our product roadmap to delight customers.

Key Responsibilities :

We're looking for someone passionate about technology with :

- Technical Mastery : Strong knowledge in front end and back end. Proficient in core web technologies including HTML, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)., Node.js, and CSS, along with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.

- API Development : Develop and maintain robust APIs, integrations, and web services.

- Advanced Framework Knowledge : Strong expertise in React, Express, Node.js, Java, Jenkins, and their core principles.

- Database Systems : Proficiency in SQL, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- Version Control Familiarity: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Management Skills : Technical management experience is a plus.
