Job Description

We are seeking a driven Senior Customer Support professional to join our team located in
Paradise, Secunderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires between 4 to 6 years of work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to effectively address customer issues and provide practical solutions.
Ability to multitask (Mandatory skill) in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
Empathy towards customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate support and
solutions.
Patience in dealing with difficult situations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Knowledge of product/service offerings to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate information.
Conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve disputes or disagreements with professionalism.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and service delivery to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person.
Assist in managing customer expectations by providing accurate information about products and services.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Document and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed to enhance service quality.
