Assistant Manager- CS & Legal

Functional / Technical Competencies:-

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (including other business documents/communications) with various stakeholders, ensuing terms are aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Provide legal and strategic advice on contract related matters, ensuring clarity and protection of companys interest.
• Prior experience of using and handling contract management portal ensuring timely renewals, amendments or termination of contract.
• Identify and mitigate risk related to contracts; at the same time ensuing companys interest is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience in company law and related secretarial compliances
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers and fillings.
• Prior experience in managing compliance management tool and ability to liaison regularly with internal stakeholder for keeping compliance up to date.
