Job Description

Purpose: To work as an in-house IP practitioner to enhance the competitiveness of company through IP and compliance

Functional / Technical Competencies-:

Patent clearance search
Patent application
Invention consultation with engineers

(Patent Attorney and/or IP lawyer preferred)

Trademark clearance search
Trademark application (with external firm)
Anti-counterfeiting measures (criminal investigation, civil litigation, e-commerce measures, with external firm)
Invoice and Purchase Order processing thereof
Review of IP clauses in business contracts (IP attribution, IP warrant, etc.)
In-house IP education（to Engineer, Market Communication, Sales, etc. ）
IP asset data management (Annuity, TM Renewal）
