Panasa Tech - Flutter Developer - Mobile App Designing (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to develop a fintech mobile application featuring multi-currency wallets, remittances, and investment options.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in building secure, high-performance financial applications.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

- Implement state management solutions like Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider for efficient data handling

- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data synchronization

- Ensure data security through encryption, OAuth, JWT, and biometric authentication

- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, forex, crypto trading APIs, and banking services

- Implement push notifications for transactions, market updates, and user activity

- Optimize application performance for large user bases and real-time financial transactions

- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Bitrise

- Handle app store and Play Store deployments for fintech applications

- Collaborate with backend teams, UI/UX designers, and compliance officers

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 3+ years of experience in Flutter development, preferably in fintech or transaction-based applications

- Strong proficiency in Flutter & Dart

- Experience with Firebase & Cloud Functions

- Knowledge of secure coding practices, PCI DSS compliance, and financial data protection

- Hands-on experience with performance optimization for fintech applications

- UI/UX expertise with Flutter animations and Material Design

- Experience in cross-platform optimization for Android, iOS, and web

- Knowledge of Kotlin/Swift for native performance enhancements (preferred)

- Familiarity with blockchain integrations for cryptocurrency transactions (preferred)

- Exposure to AI-driven personalization in fintech applications (preferred)
