About the role:Design and Detailing of Static Equipment (Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Column & storage Tanks)

Responsibilities:

• Review of Input, Communication with client
• Design of Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers & Column as per ASME, EN Codes in PV Elite/ Compress.
• Design of Heat Exchangers as per ASME, TEMA, EN Codes in PV Elite/ Compress
• Performing all relevant calculation related to static equipment as per Pressure vessel design handbooks.
• Design of storage tanks as per API 650 by using Spreadsheets/ AME Tank.
• Review of GA Drawings, Fabrication Drawings
• Preparations of Mechanical Data sheet
• Preparation of Technical Specifications as per Tender Documents or project specific requirements
• Offer review & Technical Bid Evaluation & Vendor Document review.
• Co-ordination with team

Candidate requirements:

• 5 to 12 Years of Experience in Static Equipment Design & Detailed Engineering.
• Software skills PV Elite / Compress / Auto CAD /AME Tank/ Word processing tools (Word, Excel etc.)
