Job Description
Pamposh Constructions India Pvt Ltd is looking for Mechanics, Operators of Plant & Equipments to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- We are currently seeking experienced Mechanics and Operators of Plant & Equipment to join our team
- The ideal candidates will have a strong background in machinery maintenance, repair, and operation, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of various types of equipment
- As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our machinery and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair:Conduct routine maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Operational Oversight:Operate and control various types of plant and equipment, such as heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial vehicles
- Ensure safe and efficient operation in compliance with all relevant safety and operational guidelines
- Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address complex mechanical issues
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational activities
- Provide detailed reports on equipment conditions and recommendations for improvements
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among team members
- Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the development of safety procedures
