Medical Manager is a doctor with specialized skill in Palliative Care is responsible for community-based and institutional-based palliative care services for the needy
MBBS with Certification/Fellowship in Palliative Medicine having 1-2 years of work experience in community health, geriatrics, palliative medicine or other relevant field of medicine.
Key Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada English
- Effective use of management techniques for efficient and effective use of resources
- Good leadership with Strong planning, supervisory and management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and well-developed skills in palliative care philosophy physical, psychological, social, financial and spiritual aspects of palliative care
- Ability to work with patients/families of all ages Good orientation in use of MS Office suite for reporting presentations
- Compassion to serve vulnerable and marginalized communities
