KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach in selling, identifying, and qualifying leads that are leading to sales opportunities for both new and existing customers.
SALES ACTIVITIES
📍 Execute Annual Budget plan of Sale for assigned territory.
📍 Achieving Sales and payment collection targets of territory on a Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual basis.
📍 Taking new orders and procurement plans from Customers.
📍 Working closely with the regional sales team in increasing regional sales growth.
📍 Searching out new prospects & development in a given territory.
📍 Preparing and submission monthly and annual reports.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE:
📍 Gather market intelligence and insights to recommend the development of new products
📍 Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the assigned region.
📍 Monitoring competitors products, sales, and pricing activities in assigned territory.
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP
📍 Consistently look for new customers and increase the new customer base and retain the existing customers.
📍 Develop and prioritize target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow sales.
📍 Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships to get long-term business opportunities.
POST-SALES ACTIVITIES
📍 Coordination with manufacturing unit, backend team, billing department, and warehouse personnel to provide product at committed delivery dates to customer.
📍 Take payments on time & do follow-up for customers who have outstanding payments.
📍 Attending to customer complaints and providing them quick solutions.
