Public Health Consultant

Pahle India Foundation is seeking applications from qualified Public Health specialists withexperience in policy
research for a full-time ‘Public Health Consultant’ position at Mizoram.
Eligibility
Essential - Master degree in Public Health or equivalent degree with specialisation in HealthEconomic/Public
Financing of Health/Health Policy and minimum 3-5 years research experience* ; Preferred - PhD from a
reputed university
*(candidates with lesser experience may be considered for a research assistant profile)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Should be able to design project proposals and Lead and Independently manage Research Projects
- Should be oriented for applied policy research
- Should be adept at using statistical analysis and econometric techniques when required.
- Should be able to think independently and have effective writing skills
- Should be proficient in making presentations, writing proposals, report writing and high quality analytical
work delivering high accuracy in all work products
- Should be a team player, highly motivated, particular about observing deadlines and prepared foroutcome-
based performance evaluation
- Should be able to supervise research assistant(s)/ associates (s) for any study in the relevant field
- Should have good publication record including analytical articles, research outputs, project reports
- Should be able to organise seminars, discussions or consultations
