Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager, with full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings You will help us identify and recruit extremely talented people.
- As a custodian of our recruiting vertical for such challenging roles, you ll be charged with identifying talent
- Finding unique candidates who bring on board an entrepreneurial spirit, diversity of thought to all that they do and a perennial intent to learn and thrive.
- You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working with us.
- You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring consultants.
- You re also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.
- Develop relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and helping them find a fit at PaGaLGuY
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
- Keep concerned personnel apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross
- functionally and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers.
- Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
- A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
- Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation.
