Software Developer - Data Structure/Algorithm (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and driven Software Developer 1 (SD 1) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience working in startup environments, with a strong passion for product development, coding, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, contributing to both backend and frontend systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software products.

- Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code with a focus on product development.

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to optimize code and algorithms.

- Work on complex data structures and algorithms (DSA) to solve real-world challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software to ensure optimal functionality.

- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Work in an agile development environment to deliver features promptly.

Requirements :

- Skills : DSA, Algo, Java, Python, and product development.

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages : Java or Python.

- Experience in product development with a focus on high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Familiarity with building and maintaining applications in startup environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Good understanding of system design principles.
