Job Description: 

• Handling finance functions, designing & implementing system, day to day accounting, policies and procedures.
• Supervision of junior staff in their day to day working and checking of data prepared/compiled by them in response to notices issued by various Government Authorities like Income Tax and GST.
• Knowledge of accounting principles & standards, concepts and techniques of auditing and accounting and consolidation of financial statements.
• Working knowledge of Companies Acts, Direct and Indirect Taxation like TDS, Tax Audit, GST Return, GST Refund.
• Ability to multitask with analyzing and interpreting financial data, Ratio analysis, cash flow
• Ability to prepare monthly MIS, comparison with Budgets & variance analysis.
• Financial Management skills i.e. Capital Budgeting, Working Capital Management.
• Working Knowledge of ERP/ SAP and expert knowledge of MS Office
• Balance sheet preparation as per IND AS.
• Coordination with auditors for finalisation of other/subsidiary Cos.
• Coordination with Auditors/consultants
• Preparation of MIS and Internal Audit functions,
• Calculation of Advance tax and checking of Income Tax and GST returns
• Should be capable to lead the accounts team and get maximum output from them.
• Should have complete knowledge of Accounting Standards.
• Capable to handle Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit & should have sufficient Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
• Knowledge of Banking like L/C, BG, CAS Data, lodgement of L/C documents.
• Should have knowledge of Budgeting i.e. Revenue & Capital Budget.
• Experience in Finalisation of Balance Sheet.
• Responsible for General Finance and Accounting functions.
• Preparation of Budgets and regular monitoring of the same.
• Monthly closing of books and preparation of various MIS reports.
• Costing of products and services, Inventory accounting and controls.
• Dealing with Banks for day-to-day banking transactions.
• Responsible for handling of all Direct and indirect Tax related matters.
• Responsible for handling day to day Sales Tax, Excise and Service Tax matters etc.
• MIS - Reporting Monthly financials with various operational analysis & Variance analysis with revenue and capital budget.
• Internal Control & Audit - Disposal Skills Must have good planning and organizing skill.
• Capable to motivate others and must carry leadership qualities.
• Must have problem solving and decision Making skills.
• Must be self-confident with team work spirit.
• Must carry good inter-personal skills with positive attitude.
• Must have strong negotiation skills.
