Job Title: Sales Officer/Sales Representative (Edible Oil)

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer/Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling edible oil
products to potential and existing customers. They will develop and implement sales strategies,
build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to connect and establish relationships
with them.
ï‚•
Promote and sell the company’s edible oil products, demonstrating their benefits to
potential customers.
ï‚• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
ï‚• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to finalize sales.
ï‚• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
ï‚• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products,
new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
ï‚• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
ï‚• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and
queries.
ï‚• Manage client accounts, ensuring payments are made and liaising with the finance
department as necessary.

Qualifications:

ï‚•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
ï‚• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or edible oil industry.
ï‚• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ï‚• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
ï‚• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
