Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce P&L Manager to oversee and drive profitability, growth, and efficiency across our online business channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for ecommerce platforms, developing business strategies, and optimizing operations to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management:

- Own the ecommerce P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

- Monitor and control costs, analyze financial performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute ecommerce business strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share.

- Identify growth opportunities, such as new product launches, partnerships, or market expansions.

Performance Analysis:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margins, and customer acquisition costs.

- Prepare periodic reports on financial and operational performance, with actionable recommendations.

Channel Management:

- Manage relationships with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).

- Ensure compliance with platform policies and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Monitor campaign ROI and suggest improvements for better performance.

Inventory & Operations:

- Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

- Minimize stockouts and overstock situations while optimizing operational costs.

Customer Experience:

- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance user experience and retention.

- Implement strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills :

- Proven track record in ecommerce, retail, or related industries, with direct P&L responsibility.
